The move was announced by the company's Board Chairman, Steven W. Hammons. According to Hammons, the company is targeted to be totally relocated to the Columbus area no later than September, 2006. The exact location of its new offices was not disclosed. Hammons stated, "We have not finalized the exact location of our new office as of this announcement." Hammons further stated, "As a real estate investing firm, the Columbus market offers us a more ideal environment for future growth." In addition to Hammons, the privately held corporation is also owned by Carolyn S. Traylor, President & Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his duties as Board Chairman, Hammons also serves as the company's Chief Operations Officer.
