Announces Venture To Market Costa Rican Luxury Real Estate National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. announced today that it has signed a joint venture marketing agreement with Exclusive Realty Network to market luxury beachfront condominiums in Costa Rica. (Maryville, Tennessee - August 15, 2006) National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. announced that it has entered into a an agreement with Exclusive Realty Network (Corporacion Wenco Internacional SA) to market its Costa Rican beachfront condominium development projects. The move was announced by the company's Board Chairman, Steven W. Hammons. According to Hammons, the company is targeted to begin its marketing campaign by mid-August. Details of the agreement were not disclosed. Hammons stated, "We are very excited about the arrangement and being able to offer this type of real estate investing opportunity to our customers and associates." Hammons further stated, "Our venture with Exclusive Realty Network provides with the opportunity to now offer products and services at the international level." The first of these luxury beachfront projects to be offered is "Tres Regalos" to be located in Jaco Beach, Costa Rica. "Tres Regalos" is directly on the Pacific Ocean and every residence has a balcony that overlooks the beach and the surrounding mountains, which provides an excellent vantage point for starry nights and the sun setting over Pacific waters. According to Hammons, "We have been told that this will be the most exclusive Oceanfront club in the area. This project has it all... Private Club amenities and custom detail throughout the design." Hammons went on to state, "Growth in the Costa Rica Real Estate Market is gaining momentum, propelled in part by a decade of robust tourism growth, which provides both buyers and investors attractive prospects and investment opportunities."
