National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. Announces Re-Structuring of Its Corporate Organization

Steven W. Hammons, Chairman of the Board of Directors, announced today that National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. approved a company re-structuring plan at its 2007 Annual Board of Directors meeting in February.

(Columbus, Ohio - March 1, 2008) National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. announced the implementation of a new corporate re-structuring, effective March 1, 2008. The announcement was made by the company's Board Chairman, Steven W. Hammons.

According to Hammons, the company's new structure will consist of two distinct operational Groups, as follows:
  • National Real Estate Buyers Group will be now be responsible for all residential and commercial real estate investment operations, as well as financial services operations. Each operational area will be a Division within the Group.


  • NREBA Publishing Group will now be responsible for the creation and publishing of all books, courses and educational resources, as well as the content and publishing of the company's newsletters.
Hammons will assume the duties of Group President for the newly established operating Groups.

Hammons stated, "The new structure will better focus and coordinate the various operating entities within the corporation".

In addition to Hammons, National Real Estate Buyers & Associates, Inc. is also owned by Carolyn S. Taylor, President & Chief Executive Officer. In addition to his duties as Board Chairman and Group President, Hammons also serves as the company's Corporate Vice President and Chief Operations & Marketing Officer.
