Elects New President & Chief Executive Officer The Board of Directors National Real Estate Buyers and Associates, Inc., announced today that Steven W. Hammons has been elected to the position of President & Chief Executive Officer. (Columbus, Ohio - November 4, 2008) National Real Estate Buyers and Associates, Inc. announced a reorganization of its executives by electing Steven W. Hammons as its new President & Chief Executive Officer. Hammons shall also retain his position as Chairman of the Board. The election of Hammons to the company's top position comes as a result of Carolyn S. Traylor, the former President, stepping down to a more passive role with the company. Traylor will remain a shareholder and director, and take on the position of Vice President. Traylor will also move her office to Tennessee. No further details from Traylor were forthcoming. However, Hammons stated, "We are all sorry to see Carolyn Traylor step down. My election as President will not change our company's focus or direction within the real estate investing industry".
